Online Exchange Policy: Due to health and sanitation reasons, Hats and Jewelry is FINAL SALE. Handbags, Clothing, and Accessories are exchangeable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with tags attached and with original receipt. No cash or credit Refunds.
Items returned without a return authorization number or outside return policy guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded. See The Difference/Hats By Marjae reserves the right to limit the number of returns.
Once we receive your items we will issue an exchange or store credit within 7 business days. Items that are returned after 7DAYS are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
